GENERAL QUESTIONS

Where are you located?
- We're located on the first floor of 740 University Ave at Writers & Books, in Rochester's Neighborhood of the Arts.

Where do I park? Is it accessible?
- There is an accessible entrance and parking on the Atlantic Avenue side of the building. There is free street parking on University Ave.

What are your hours?
- We are open Thursdays from 3:00 pm until 8:00 pm and Wednesdays, Fridays, and Saturdays from 11:00 am until 5:00 pm.

ORDER QUESTIONS
- If I find a book on your site, does that mean it's currently in stock at your store?
- Not necessarily. If your order is time sensitive, please email us at ampersand@wab.org to confirm availability.
- I received a confirmation e-mail. Does this mean that my order is ready to be picked up or has been shipped?
- No. This just means that we've received your order, you will be contacted when your order has shipped or is ready to be picked up.
- When will I get my book(s)?
- All books are being shipped from our distributor's warehouses. Books will be delivered between 7 and 14 days.
- What if I need to return something?
- Please review our returns policy and contact us with any further questions.
- What forms of payment do you accept?
- Online, we accept credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express). In-store, we accept cash, credit cards, Apple Pay, and check.
- How can I check the status of my order?
- Log in, select 'My Account' and Orders' a list of all orders and their current status is provided.
