GENERAL QUESTIONS

  1. Where are you located?
    • We're located on the first floor of 740 University Ave at Writers & Books, in Rochester's Neighborhood of the Arts.
  2. Where do I park? Is it accessible?
    • There is an accessible entrance and parking on the Atlantic Avenue side of the building. There is free street parking on University Ave.
  3. What are your hours?
    • We are open Thursdays from 3:00 pm until 8:00 pm and Wednesdays, Fridays, and Saturdays from 11:00 am until 5:00 pm.
  4. How do I contact you?

ORDER QUESTIONS

  1. If I find a book on your site, does that mean it's currently in stock at your store?
    • Not necessarily. If your order is time sensitive, please email us at ampersand@wab.org to confirm availability.
  2. I received a confirmation e-mail. Does this mean that my order is ready to be picked up or has been shipped?
    • No. This just means that we've received your order, you will be contacted when your order has shipped or is ready to be picked up.
  3. When will I get my book(s)?
    • All books are being shipped from our distributor's warehouses. Books will be delivered between 7 and 14 days.
  4. What if I need to return something?
    • Please review our returns policy and contact us with any further questions.
  5. What forms of payment do you accept?
    •  Online, we accept credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express). In-store, we accept cash, credit cards, Apple Pay, and check.
  6. How can I check the status of my order?
    • Log in, select 'My Account' and Orders' a list of all orders and their current status is provided.
